Our Mission
Westover Hills Presbyterian Church exists to worship & learn, welcome & celebrate, advocate & serve with people open to a faith shaped by practice to be a congregation recognized as a safe place and a resource for action, acceptance, and joy.
Action
Rooted in the Presbyterian tradition, we believe that the Christian faith is always in motion. We are called to live lives of faith in action and that faith is constantly growing as we learn and serve together.
Acceptance
Westover Hills when we say “inclusive” we mean just that. We are a community committed to seeing every person first and foremost as a child of God.
Joy
LIfe is hard and some days it can be difficult to see the beauty and wonder in the world past the ugliness. Still, we live in a world of beauty and wonder. As a community, we are committed to celebrating beauty in the world and in our neighbors.

Service
Westover began as a community of service and witness. From the earliest days of this congregation when Rev. Dick Hardie was marching with Dr. King in Selma through to today and our unequivocal support for the LGBTQIA+ community, Westover has been guided by the commands of Matthew 25 to serve our neighbors as if we were serving Christ.
Worship
Worship is at the heart of life at Westover Hills. We are blessed with beautiful facilities, a gifted staff, and a faithful community that gathers each week to give thanks to God. In worship, we utilize the spoken and sung word, reading, art, music, and community to create a dynamic and inclusive place to express our faith in God.
Learning
From weekly bible studies to the spirituality discussion group and the new Enneagram program, Westover is unafraid of learning and growing in faith.
